The scheme runs from Monday 8 August to Friday 12 August 2022, 10am to 2pm each day. Just download the form and either email it to us or join us at our GSOTM BBQ on Saturday 25 June 2022 at Mayfield Village Hall (details TBC).
The Summer Scheme is open for those aged 6+ and for those who already have had some instrumental tuition in, and are playing, a traditional instrument.
Cost is: 1st Child of Family £40, 2nd Child £30, 3rd Child 20 for the week.
Minimum age for attending the Summer Scheme is 6 years of age.
Children will be provided in Fiddle, Tin Whistle, Flute, Guitar, Banjo, Concertina, Button Accordion and Harp. There may also be the opportunity to play or get an introduction to other instruments.
All attending will have the opportunity to play in a group setting. PLUS - This year we have a limited number of ABSOLUTE beginner places in Tin Whistle and Fiddle available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please note, children will require a packed lunch for each day.
